Tuition & Fees

We offer the following refunds for tuition fees:

• 100% refund if withdrawal occurs before term begins
• 75% refund within first 2 weeks of term
• 50% refund within first month of term
• No refunds after first month of term

Registration fee is non-refundable.

Yes, you can switch to a different payment plan at the beginning of each term. However, the discount for annual payments only applies if paid in full at the start of the academic year.

We understand that occasional difficulties may arise. Our policy is:

• Late payments incur a 5% penalty if received more than 7 days after due date
• Students with payments more than 30 days late may have account access suspended
• We will always work with families experiencing genuine financial hardship

Please contact us before the payment deadline if you anticipate difficulty making a payment.

Yes! Our referral program offers:

• 5% tuition discount for each new student you refer (up to 15% maximum)
• Discount applies after referred student completes first term
• Both families receive the discount
